How to make an appointment
- Parents should call Pat Olney (clinic coordinator) at (404) 778-8484. Spanish-speaking families should call 404-778-8476.
- We schedule appointments directly with the families only. Physicians please instruct your families to call the clinic coordinator to set up an appointment.
- Parents please note: The forms are to be used only after you have spoken with our coordinator and made your clinic appointment.
During your initial visit we will:
- Review your child's health history.
- Discuss your child's chromosome report.
- Complete a physical exam of your child.
- Provide a comprehensive developmental evaluation.
- Discuss the recommended healthcare guidelines for children with Down syndrome.
- Make any necessary referrals.
- Most importantly, address your concerns and answer your questions about Down syndrome.
